Игорь Фефелов: Нет, не он, окраска крыла другая и чешуйчатый рисунок должен быть. Хвост у птицы, видимо, был утрачен.
Владимир Панкратов: Может, все же обыкновенный (в Горном Алтае они встречаются)? За него - белые (светлые) поля на краях рулевых. Но хвост не черный, и вообще рыжего [....]

Сергей Л. Волков: На белошапочную овсянку похожа, но я не знаю, как выглядят молодые других местных Emberiza. А для белошапочной овсянки там нормальный биотоп? [....]
